1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research-based products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit once an order has been processed and shipped.
Products are not eligible for return if:
- You change your mind or no longer need the item.
- You ordered the wrong product, or quantity.
- You misunderstood the purpose or intended use.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Product
If you receive the wrong product or if your item arrives damaged in transit, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
- You provide your order number and clear photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued only at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.
